      They offer Flexible hours and often offer professional development opportunities. The team dynamic at the clinic is amazing and the team offers such a beautiful supportive atmosphere.

      Cons

      This job has a heavy workload and offers work with complex problems and challenging demographic to work with. This isn’t the job for everyone as we often work with high risk and long-term treatment of personality disorders.
