      Good people on working level. Good working environment. Good payment.

      Cons

      Bad management leadership. Bad communication style. Chaotic management, without know-how. Most of them are marketing stories producers, but nobody has know-how about sales processes.

      -Small company growing at a rapid pace, so you get to wear a lot of different hats and there’s always a fire to put out.
