I have been working with Inncrewin Technologies has a Module Lead for past 3 years almost, my feeling about the company is 1. No politics ( trust me there is 0 % politics here ). 2. Company believes in ( when you give freedom to your employee, it adds value to his work ). 3. Growth is assured for right candidates. ( Candidates who take up work with passion , not just to complete it anyway ). 4. Employee friendly atmosphere. 5. Transparency up to top level. I have enjoyed each and every day working here.. it’s the best company I have seen till date.. I generally don’t stay in a place where politics and buttering is everything.. this is 0% politics company. If you are passionate about your job and want to work in best work culture, this is the place for you...

Absolutely zero cons. I don’t see any till date. I am sure there won’t be any in future too, work ethics are very good.
