The first and most important con is the lack of respect from senior staff and high managers. I believed it was very sexist and unwelcoming to new staff and when talking to other former employees this has been a persistent theme which is why the turnover rate is shockingly high and people do not seem to suffer it for long, nor should they have to. I was lead to believe it was a highly design based role but there are many better opportunities out there in this field. If you don't like long hours, lack of breaks, minimal training and being spoken down to I suggest avoid at all costs!!
