Equal out workload way too much on one person too much confusion.. being more team-orientated instead of individualizing or being divided... Understanding knowing the products too many people only knowing what they are seeing on the computer and not having a clue what the product is or is purpose just to be able to identify the product is one of the important key besides knowledge knowing and understanding how the product is made..
