Pros
Good company culture, flexible time off, working remotely, resources to self-educate and advance personal career through acquisition of new skills
Cons
Almost everyone outside of the Sales team is underpaid. My product is one of primary revenue generators for my department, I'm an expert in my position to the point where I've interviewed and trained new team members, and my salary has increased less than 10% since joining the company 6 years ago. We've gone through acquisitions, product integration, rebranding, and an economic downturn combined with massive inflation - and the "top tier" of annual increase is 3%, which simply doesn't keep up. Loyalty is a weakness that will be exploited, at least from a fiscal standpoint. Also, the departments don't talk to each other. Legal is a massive pain to deal with, Billing is poorly equipped to do their job, and leadership seems completely disconnected from the operations employees who are tasked with satisfying current customers. There's generally poor communication from Sales, though I've seen improvements recently in that area. I love my team and what I do, but the rest of the organization is lacking cohesiveness.
