Top management does not understand how to lead company forward. Because of that, company stuck in 2000-2005 y. People work on bad working Lenovo T410, T420 with dead battery and dead HDD. If you are luky, may be, you get old T440. Your test stend is your laptop, well if you didn't get laptop, welcome to the dead desktop PC with 4gb RAM. Technical support gives semi-working equipment. It's ok - if you work on your own laptop. Read your contract carefully, it contains violations of the labor code. Irregular working hours. Too many managers. Just look site, it's awful. (Internal too)
