Pros

Pay! Pay! Pay! Company does hire talent by dangling the high annual salary carrot in front of you. But once you get your foot in the door, the reality sets in. The culture is very lax, too lax for my taste. Use of foul language by managers is a common occurrence.

Cons

Senior Management will constantly undermine the middle managers. They will find any small excuse to find fault and demoralize the people managers. Being a private organizations, there isn't much you can do or anyone you can escalate to. No Bonus, no incentive of any kind to do better. Tom needs to take control of the situation fast!

Thank you for your recent review and your comments. We are proud of our employees and we want you to know that your voice is important in our company. We rely on you to help us by speaking up whenever any situation threatens or supports our core values and our reputation. When you report concerns, you provide us with the information necessary to remedy the situation that you believe is happening or affecting you. When you provide positive feedback, you tell us that we are going in the right direction. Both positive and negative feedback are what drives change and helps people and organizations grow and improve. The review you provided contained several thoughts that concern us. (Lax culture, foul language, management of managers, no incentive compensation, undermining of new hires etc.) The claim of foul language being used is concerning as it goes against our values of Respect. We will address this when we hear it. As a 10 year veteran, I am positive that you are aware of the tremendous growth that has been the hallmark of Inline for the past 10 years. Thank you for your contribution to that growth. Growth creates challenges that can only be met through the mixture of skills, experience and knowledge of long term employees and new ones. We have and will continue to evaluate our team to ensure that it meets the high performance standards that have been set. There was also a mention of retention as being a concern. In previous comments, the company has not denied the impact of turnover has on our business. We have been continually assessing and addressing this challenge. However, based on your comments, I believe that your concern was mostly for salaried employees. If this is the case, then I am positive that you will appreciate that the salaried employee turnover rate is relatively low as compared to other job classifications and industry averages. However, we are always looking for ways to enhance the employee experience. If you have ideas, please let us know. As Inline continues to grow and prosper, we are not content to leave things as they are. We are constantly looking at new and different ways, innovation, Customer Satisfaction and Talent Management opportunities. As we do this, we reserve the right to be smarter in the future as we learn from our lessons. Thank you for helping with this education.

Pros

Room to grow, they like to train if you’re interested in other departments.

Cons

The production floor is not climate controlled. But in the summer there’s unlimited ice pops.

Pros

The mid level managers seem to care and the healthcare benefits are ok.

Cons

Pay is well below industry standard, and they'll remind you that at meetings for some reason. The review process is arbitrary and despite the company keeping steady in a market where similar companies are declining, it's never enough. Mind you this is a private company yet bonuses were taken away recently and raises are minimal if you even get one.
