      Pros

      Flexibility-can often arrange time for appointments or events when required. Work life balance. Offers some of the week working from home.

      Cons

      No onsite parking so paid parks can be costly.

      Pros

      They provided ample opportunity for career development and training. Flex time is the best! The co-workers were motivated and doing their best to do a difficult job.

      Cons

      Sometimes a bit of a cubicle atmosphere (although that is changing) and tax might not be everybody's cup of team. You aren't the life of the party when you tell people you work for a tax administration.
