really good company to work for, good pay... list goes on and on. would definitely recommend inland marine

inland is a extremely small company...I feel like they need to expand and work towards becoming a bigger company.but other than that have nothing negative to say.been with them for a little while.and I love where I'm at work,literally couldn't be happier

The company it is run well by the shoreside administration. The company owner Ms Kathy takes a lot of time to acknowledge employees on their birthdays by listing their names on the company social media page at the beginning of each moth. and also sending a personalized card to the house. I felt that was a nice touch that most in her position don’t consider doing.

Weak representation at the Head of the Tankerman Department. I was left embarrassed on multiple occasions due to his lack of understanding and unwillingness to follow the most basic of Tankerman etiquette, This eventually led me to move on.
