Can make a lot of money

Workload is extremely high and additional complex patients are added to schedule all day, incredible amount of time on call, charting, try to lower salary if bonus is too high. Very poor management with high turn over in multiple high level executives. Decreased RVU reimbursement when making bonus by slipping paper in front of me during incredibly busy day to lower RVU and threshold.
