Pros
The people were probably the only thing that they had going for them.
Cons
Backwards management. They were all set o n sales and only hiring people who were like used cars salesmen. Upper management doesnt have a clue and they have unrealistic unattainable goals for everyone. They all need more education, especially in employee relations.
