Pros

They have incentives to win gift cards and extra breaks, a weekend off, etc, etc

Cons

The pay is $10. Lunch is only 30 minutes. Employees smoke trees (you know what i mean) in the parking lot. Everyone is on their phone all the time. They have part time security, and it's just one guy. Half the people on the floor are dating or have dated in the past. Parking is the worst, literally wherever you park birds will poop all over your car. You get 24 minutes of break as in you take two 10 minute breaks and a 4 minute break. They will log you out of the system(so that you are not getting paid)if you go over 10 minutes of break time. Training is only 2 weeks ; one week in the class, one week on the phone and then your on the production floor. From your first day on the production floor the Team leads, Floor Support, even Supervisors will make a pass at you and ask for you number. At times people they have on Floor Support know less than you and they all give different answers to the same question. They play favorites, I had been there for over 5 months and was passed up on multiple promotions by people who had been there for two months tops!! They promote people who have been working there for less time than you, and have them coach you ; i was there 5 months this guy became a Team lead and had me in coaching talking about my stats are good but they could be better.....like What in the F, head to head i'm better than you so how are you coaching me, it blew my mind. You have to enter the building through the back door behind the building where there are NASTY! Dumpsters for multiple businesses in the plaza. Management only cares about CSATS (positive surveys from Walmart.com customers) they do not care for agents. They do not care if you have school or a child to pick up or anything, they will not switch you schedule, you basically have to threaten to quit before they consider doing anything at all(besides taking your request and "reviewing it")

Pros

The training schedule and anticipated work hours were very convenient and aligned well with my availability. The onboarding process initially seemed organized, and I appreciated the opportunity to start quickly.

Cons

There was a lack of clarity from the beginning. During the interview, I was assessed on chat support, but training was strictly voice-based. This shift in expectations was confusing. Communication and expectations were not clearly aligned between the hiring process and training. There appeared to be little flexibility or understanding when unforeseen circumstances occurred. On Easter Sunday, while in training, I lost power at 1:48 PM due to circumstances outside of my control. Within a short time frame—by 3:07 PM—and despite a 30-minute lunch break during that period, I received a call informing me that I was being let go from the contract. There was no opportunity given to explain, recover, or rejoin training once power was restored. The decision felt rushed and lacked empathy or consideration for real-life situations that can arise in a work-from-home environment.
