Cons

This company offers no job stability or meaningful learning opportunities. The founders do not prioritize employee career growth and often make decisions that negatively impact employees’ futures. Careers are treated casually, with little concern for long-term development. Leadership quality is very poor. Many managers lack basic domain knowledge and tend to favor the CEO over performance or competence. Politics is rewarded more than hard work. The CEO Anand Krishna makes inconsistent decisions that frequently change, sometimes daily, creating confusion and instability across teams. There is no clear vision or seriousness toward running the business professionally. Even when the company is operating at a loss, unnecessary travel and expenses persist, indicating a lack of concern for the company's finances. Accountability is often unclear. When a team fails to meet deadlines, the unfinished work is frequently reassigned to other employees, even when it falls outside their role or responsibility. Employees are pressured to complete this work to protect certain favored individuals, while their own priorities and job boundaries are ignored. Despite their efforts, recognition does not always reflect actual contributions, which can be discouraging and negatively impact morale. The Co-founder Ranvir frequently talks about employee “visibility,” despite lacking visibility and confidence in himself. Overall, the environment discourages genuine contribution and promotes favoritism and blame-shifting.

- Provide a kot of ownership to those who wish to grab it. - Provide a lot of room to grow, & flexibility around learning new skills. - Founders have great work ethic, dedication and love towards the customers & the team.

Pros

- Customer obsessed founders who go out of their way to ensure that they are providing the best service to their clients - Great team and company culture: You are given ownership and are encouraged to continuously innovate and bring new ideas to the table - Extremely knowledgeable management team - Diversity and Inclusion: Founders go out of their way to make sure that everyone on the team is heard, and progressing in their career. Plenty of opportunities to take on leadership roles once you have proved yourself!

Cons

Honestly, none. One of the most positive and best experiences of my career.
