      29% approval rating for CEO is generous Management lacks backbone and rarely sticks up for employees HR used purely for the sake of the company, not the employees No overtime, even when agreed upon by management

      They are a smaller company and don't always have the ability to hire on trainees

      The only pro is that you are paid on time

      Cons

      There is no bonus - they will try and use the game of 'discretionary' but for all the time I was there, no one (apart from the CEO I presume) received a bonus
