Pros

Fast-paced in dynamic work keeps you busy and always exploring better ways to do things. A lot of really great people work here and during their tenure they tend to learn a lot while being responsible for many different things. Some people don't like that environment, but it is a proving ground and you will become better for it. Leadership is able to bend and flex at the demands of the market. In the face of tariffs and mass retail changes, leadership was able to pivot in order to stay successful. All across the board, there are extremely motivated and sharp people who work here.

Cons

This company is making a break into the mass market and there are some headwinds and challenges that come naturally in that environment. The product lines could use some updating and expansion. Compensation was low, but they've done a better job of bringing it in line with the market.

Pros

I enjoyed the brands we got to work with.

Cons

Unfortunately, Inked Brands has a deeply toxic management culture that makes it difficult to feel valued or motivated. CEO is controlling, dismissive, and two-faced. There’s a “mean girl” atmosphere in meetings that discourages open communication and collaboration. Upper management often gatekeeps important information, which makes moving projects forward nearly impossible. They claim to have resources and plans, but it’s clear they don’t, leading to constant confusion and frustration across teams. Poor leadership has led to a grossly high turnover rate. Pay is below industry average, and asking for a raise or advancement feels like a battle. Hard work and good ideas rarely lead to recognition or growth opportunities. The lines are blurred between what you are responsible for within your job description, and you’re often expected to take on additional tasks well outside your role without any recognition or financial compensation. Overall, this company prioritizes appearances over its people and lacks genuine leadership or direction. I’d be shocked to see if the company is still around in ten years.
