Thanks for the feedback and review. We totally agree that communication is an important issue, especially in the operations side of the business, where it looks like you worked. It's been a challenge as we've moved fast, and from what we understand, not an uncommon thing for a company to experience at our stage. From our vantage point, we can't recall a campaign that was unnecessarily rushed, but I think the fact that we have a different view of that shows a misalignment on communication - you clearly felt some things were rushed. So, point taken. Going forward, we'll be defaulting to overcommunication across all squads and divisions at inkbox.
