      Pros

      This company is great in terms of employee satisfaction. HR and the supervisor really do care about your well-being and are super flexible with your schedule.

      Cons

      The only main con would have to be family cancellations but this is dependent on the client and their family. Some families cancel a lot and so that shows a lot in your paycheck, but other than that, the social culture would be top in my opinion.

      Pros

      Great owners who always puts clients needs first. All levels of management are supportive and invested in your personal development. This company allows you to be independent and is very trusting of their employees. The clinical director in Long beach is supportive and invested in helping all levels of clinical staff. The owners and directors leave ego's out the door. They make sure to validate everyone's concerns. Therapist in Long beach are receptive to feed back and are well trained in ABA .

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is driving to La Canada or Granada Hills to for monthly meetings. To maximize on time and efficiency I suggest SKYPE team meetings for BCBA's that live in the Long Beach area
