Pros
Overall a good group of people to work with. Due to the small size of the company everyone must wear "multiple hats". There are a lot of changes going on to improve the company including implementing new policies and procedures, equipment upgrades and new enterprise software.
Cons
Due to the size of the company there is little room to grow. While you will gain experience wearing "multiple hats" it seems that there is little chance of moving up in the company. Yearly raises hardly cover cost of living increase, if your are lucky enough to get one.
