      Massive changes made for the employees' sake - Anonymous employee Inhance Digital Employee Review

      Pros

      - The lackadaisical and incompetent are either pushed out or quit on their own. This includes the former co-CEO, Mazi, his shamelessly cruel wife, Michelle and their rodent offspring, Memo. To come into the office, every day, without having to hear/witness their rage attacks on employees has been peace of mind, long overdue. I'd say this addresses the concerns of the negative reviewers. - The work is usually fresh and engaging. The projects once ran without direction by an overworked, understaffed team of producers. However, since promoting two of our most hard-working, efficient team members, to lead the department, projects are less chaotic and dare I say, enjoyable. - New HR feels like a win! With incentives for friendly competition and the return of additional parking, there's a new air about the place. This open office is buzzing with happier people. - It's hard to imagine working elsewhere. The employees are the reason you ignore calls from recruiters, put off updating your resume and your online portfolio remains grossly out-of-date. Employees come and go but many choose to return because of the people.

      - Too early to tell but no cons as of late. It was a long-time coming but the major changes in management was necessary in re-establishing employee/employer trust.

It is a shame that this platform publishes unscrupulous past-employees disgusting lies. D.H. wrote this review after conniving with corrupt CFO and previous CEO in a failed corporate take-over attempt. He fled the company when his direct supervisors were caught red-handed in their financial misdeeds and took everything he could with him. If only everyone could know just know the terrible things D.H. did during his employment and since. This review was a repulsive attempt to assassinate the characters of honest, hardworking people who have given everything they have to create an amazing company over the last 25 years. Our current team appreciates that we are known for exceptional attention to detail, and value the efforts we have put toward creating an environment where everyone at Inhance can thrive. As you can see on other reviews, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our employees. Shame on you D. H. for this vile review. Everyone out there should keep in mind that this platform discriminates against the truth by allowing fraudsters to make unjust accusations against good people.
