Pros
It depends on who the plant manager is. 95% of the people where hella cool, if you called out needing help, 2-3 guys would be there. Money and benefits was descent / suitable for the work performed.
Cons
Not only does a 12hr. shift take its toll, the 1 month day shift- 1 month night shift alternation, is not healthy. Makes you grow old quicker. As for management, 1% treated you like a person and appreciated ones talents. I hope they figure out how to listen to the voices of their employees not just employee. Kind of funny, how 5 months after my termination, all others involved are no longer employed. Back-stabbing liars!!!
