      Cons

      While there are plenty of opportunities to learn on the job, formal training resources are limited. Most technical growth depends on self-initiative and learning through experience rather than structured development programs

      Pros

      Extremely easy, minimal oversight and relaxed environment. Pay was good considering the level of work- easiest job I have ever had in my entire life.

      Cons

      No phones allowed inside the building, very boring work environment with distractions not allowed. Difficult to show your skill level because you aren't allowed to do much of anything.
