Pros
Ingles offers reasonably decent pay and benefits and gives plenty of opportunity for progression within the company if you are ethical and work hard.
Cons
It is retail...Turnover can be high due to lower educational levels of most workers and the hours and work can be strenuous. You must have some motivation and drive to succeed, although that is not a bad thing. Also, it is definitely more of a Male oriented company. Not that women can't succeed, however, women have to work harder to prove themselves.
