      Pros

      Excellent job. My manager is a pro and knows what it takes to be a success. Decent benefits and the company offers room for growth and likes to promote from within whenever possible.

      Cons

      Salary is minimal for many positions and you usually have to start with a part-time position. You must be able to multi-task in the bookkeeper position!

      -Rotating Weekends (Work Sat/Off Sun then Off Sat/Work Sun) -Flexible Scheduling

      Cons

      -You are expected to do a lot of work for very little pay -Being promoted is extremely unlikely and any wage increases is purely for inflation, not because they think you deserve it. -If you do not fight for higher wages they will not give it (I knew someone who has worked full-time in the deli for years longer than I, but somehow he made less than me) - Deli Management is very clique like, the assistant store manager has many complaints filed against him. -Expected to work holidays, no holiday pay or overtime (ever)
