      Pros

      people are great and you gain a lot of experience with help if you need it.

      Cons

      management could be better if they treated their employees like their an essential part of the "team". and the only scanning gun we have is at u-scan so if you have a bad back good luck lifting water bottle cases.

      -Rotating Weekends (Work Sat/Off Sun then Off Sat/Work Sun) -Flexible Scheduling

      Cons

      -You are expected to do a lot of work for very little pay -Being promoted is extremely unlikely and any wage increases is purely for inflation, not because they think you deserve it. -If you do not fight for higher wages they will not give it (I knew someone who has worked full-time in the deli for years longer than I, but somehow he made less than me) - Deli Management is very clique like, the assistant store manager has many complaints filed against him. -Expected to work holidays, no holiday pay or overtime (ever)
