      Pros

      The position is simple and repetitive. Most of the tasks require little or no advanced training.

      Cons

      Safety and repair issues are unanswered for months. Management's drive toward bottom line profit is misdirected away from maintenance and repair of essential equipment; making tasks more difficult and time consuming.

      -Rotating Weekends (Work Sat/Off Sun then Off Sat/Work Sun) -Flexible Scheduling

      Cons

      -You are expected to do a lot of work for very little pay -Being promoted is extremely unlikely and any wage increases is purely for inflation, not because they think you deserve it. -If you do not fight for higher wages they will not give it (I knew someone who has worked full-time in the deli for years longer than I, but somehow he made less than me) - Deli Management is very clique like, the assistant store manager has many complaints filed against him. -Expected to work holidays, no holiday pay or overtime (ever)
