      Pros

      Easy work. Laid back atmosphere. Paid holidays you can take at any time, if you're full time.

      Cons

      .25 cent yearly raises. Really? Pay caps they pick and choose when to put in place. The most vacation you can acquire is 3 weeks....and that's after 10 years of employment. More and more rules corporate sends down as if they have no idea how a grocery store works. Policies they pick and choose to make you follow and unfollow when it's in corporates favor.

      -Rotating Weekends (Work Sat/Off Sun then Off Sat/Work Sun) -Flexible Scheduling

      Cons

      -You are expected to do a lot of work for very little pay -Being promoted is extremely unlikely and any wage increases is purely for inflation, not because they think you deserve it. -If you do not fight for higher wages they will not give it (I knew someone who has worked full-time in the deli for years longer than I, but somehow he made less than me) - Deli Management is very clique like, the assistant store manager has many complaints filed against him. -Expected to work holidays, no holiday pay or overtime (ever)
