      Pros

      Great place to work as a pharmacist but the health insurance could be better. Satisfied with placement and working with schedules.

      Cons

      I think the health insurance could be less restrictive and better for the employees overall. The network for healthcare and the out of pocket deductables could be a great deal better. The 401K lacks choice of options for better performing funds.

      -Rotating Weekends (Work Sat/Off Sun then Off Sat/Work Sun) -Flexible Scheduling

      Cons

      -You are expected to do a lot of work for very little pay -Being promoted is extremely unlikely and any wage increases is purely for inflation, not because they think you deserve it. -If you do not fight for higher wages they will not give it (I knew someone who has worked full-time in the deli for years longer than I, but somehow he made less than me) - Deli Management is very clique like, the assistant store manager has many complaints filed against him. -Expected to work holidays, no holiday pay or overtime (ever)
