      Pros

      The work is easy, the pay is decent. They work with school schedules as much as possible, and never questioned me when I called out or anything. Super relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      None, really. The manager in the Sylva location was the worst part about my job. Customers can be ridiculous and overwhelming, but that’s like any job.

      Pros

      -Rotating Weekends (Work Sat/Off Sun then Off Sat/Work Sun) -Flexible Scheduling

      Cons

      -You are expected to do a lot of work for very little pay -Being promoted is extremely unlikely and any wage increases is purely for inflation, not because they think you deserve it. -If you do not fight for higher wages they will not give it (I knew someone who has worked full-time in the deli for years longer than I, but somehow he made less than me) - Deli Management is very clique like, the assistant store manager has many complaints filed against him. -Expected to work holidays, no holiday pay or overtime (ever)
