      Pros

      I laughed out loud when I tried to think of any "pro" for this hell hole of a company. I would say the highlight of my days are when I'm walking out of the store to go home.

      Cons

      Every single employee of this company is completely insufferable. The self righteous hierarchy of power that this business displays is downright laughable. No one in charge of anything important has any idea what the hell their job actually is. It's honestly astonishing that Ingles has not gone bankrupt.

      -Rotating Weekends (Work Sat/Off Sun then Off Sat/Work Sun) -Flexible Scheduling

      Cons

      -You are expected to do a lot of work for very little pay -Being promoted is extremely unlikely and any wage increases is purely for inflation, not because they think you deserve it. -If you do not fight for higher wages they will not give it (I knew someone who has worked full-time in the deli for years longer than I, but somehow he made less than me) - Deli Management is very clique like, the assistant store manager has many complaints filed against him. -Expected to work holidays, no holiday pay or overtime (ever)
