Great assistant managers. Good coworkers. Great job for school kids.
Cons
Lousy job for adults who have homes to maintain and bills and taxes to pay. Seniors get very few hours . When you put in years of service and work your hourly rate up to something decent, you will get fewer hours. Manager prefers school kids who work for minimum wage. If they show up for work, seniors get kicked off their assigned shift to be replaced with a student. Also, they have a hideous habit of changing your schedule without notice, no text message, no phone call, no email and managers have cell phones on their hips. Never heard of this habit. Many people got up in this situation, leading to anger and frustration. Such a stupid stupid practice. It's a "go nowhere" job.
