      Pros

      good coworkers, The big wigs of the company are all really nice(except the lady over Deli, Ms. Mixon, she's awful)

      Cons

      long shifts, they have your work 40 or more hours a week and will never put you on full time, they yell at you, I went home crying many times. Awful place to work.

      -Rotating Weekends (Work Sat/Off Sun then Off Sat/Work Sun) -Flexible Scheduling

      Cons

      -You are expected to do a lot of work for very little pay -Being promoted is extremely unlikely and any wage increases is purely for inflation, not because they think you deserve it. -If you do not fight for higher wages they will not give it (I knew someone who has worked full-time in the deli for years longer than I, but somehow he made less than me) - Deli Management is very clique like, the assistant store manager has many complaints filed against him. -Expected to work holidays, no holiday pay or overtime (ever)
