i really don't have anything to say about the company that is good
Cons
1. Treated as a 3rd rate person.. 2. was promised advancement and it is being given to 21 year old kid who doesn't know anything about the job... 3. given nothing for all the hard work and the two years put in with the company.. 4. $.25 cent annual raise is for the birds 5. Lower and Upper management shows to much favoritism to certain employees, when we all should be treated as equals... 6. Accused of doing things that are not true (stealing, backstabbing, and the list can go on) 7. Poor management (department and upper) 8. poor teamwork ethics This list could go on and on.... Mostly i am leaving cause of management showing way to much favoritism and not promoting good work ethics to its employees
