      Pros

      Good pay and the work is fairly easy. You don't need really any experience. I work as a closer and I clean and make cookies.

      Cons

      Won't give me more than 22 hours a week and everyone is negative. My second day there I found out my manager was talking major crap about me when I did absolutely nothing wrong. I was very friendly and did my job efficiently.

      Pros

      -Rotating Weekends (Work Sat/Off Sun then Off Sat/Work Sun) -Flexible Scheduling

      Cons

      -You are expected to do a lot of work for very little pay -Being promoted is extremely unlikely and any wage increases is purely for inflation, not because they think you deserve it. -If you do not fight for higher wages they will not give it (I knew someone who has worked full-time in the deli for years longer than I, but somehow he made less than me) - Deli Management is very clique like, the assistant store manager has many complaints filed against him. -Expected to work holidays, no holiday pay or overtime (ever)
