      Pros

      Great company, great pay, good management. It is an excellent job for a high school/young person to get a part time job.

      Cons

      Some of the management at the ringgold, Georgia campus was a little out of whack. The store manager had no clue how to run, but it's all good because he no longer works there!

      Pros

      -Rotating Weekends (Work Sat/Off Sun then Off Sat/Work Sun) -Flexible Scheduling

      Cons

      -You are expected to do a lot of work for very little pay -Being promoted is extremely unlikely and any wage increases is purely for inflation, not because they think you deserve it. -If you do not fight for higher wages they will not give it (I knew someone who has worked full-time in the deli for years longer than I, but somehow he made less than me) - Deli Management is very clique like, the assistant store manager has many complaints filed against him. -Expected to work holidays, no holiday pay or overtime (ever)
