Pros

Nice clean offices, 1 day wfh per week.(but this is currently under review)

Cons

Many individuals referred to Ingeus may not be well-suited for the job market, making it challenging to achieve successful outcomes. The focus tends to be on placing people into entry-level, temporary, seasonal, and warehouse positions. This approach can be limiting for those seeking long-term career growth. Supportive work environment except for Jan - June where neither operations or delivery seldom reach the targets expected of them. But rather than analysing why this might be, and what the causes are, a period of mud slinging ensues between participants of programme, Operations and Delivery.

Pros

A team who truly care about making a difference in learners lives Everyone works hard to make it work and reach for 'Outstanding' An inspirational Director and Head of Delivery who understand the sector and what it takes to be the best Very competitive salaries Ingeus - Work hard to support the skills division and support our growth Ingeus - Provide me as a manager the tools required to do my best, an amazing company

Cons

Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!

It’s great to hear your positive comments of your time at Ingeus, with the right support and tools in place to excel in your role. I agree with your point around communication. It’s really important that we keep colleagues connected. If you have any specific ideas for how we can do this better, please do get in touch with me, or our Communications Team directly. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Kind Regards, Barry Fletcher
