      Pros

      I don’t have to start an OnlyFans to subsidise my earnings

      Cons

      Despite reporting to be welcoming of neurodiverse employees, it’s all lies. I have been warned with a performance improvement plan because I couldn’t act like somebody without my learning needs. They do not care about their staff, people are leaving or going on long term sick. Their values are only there to look good and in no way, shape or form do they stick to them.

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
