Pros

The pay, although I'm yet to see it is good. The staff in my office are supportive and nice for the most part. Office is nice. Provided with a laptop and phone

Cons

Well, you get vetted AFTER you start so any issues stops you ACTUALLY doing any work. You're left out of meetings because you're new and they think you don't need to know. Contracted to one office, but told first day your contract doesn't exist and have to travel out of county at your own expense with no support. Started before cut off, and provided with no financial support because you're not 'cleared'... doesn't make sense. I signed a contract 2 weeks before my start date, they knew when I was starting and where I was coming from. Training is abysmal. You have to travel to an office to sit on Teams for 2 weeks, then left to 'watch' for the remaining time. No schedule in place, just have to wing it. Petty colleagues and 'managers' on power trips. Promised benefits, yet to have access to them almost 2 months in. Not allowed to leave your laptop alone because it will get stolen? no trust in people we help. Very much a tick box exercise, they don't actually care if they get someone into work, it's very much 'any job will do'

Pros

A team who truly care about making a difference in learners lives Everyone works hard to make it work and reach for 'Outstanding' An inspirational Director and Head of Delivery who understand the sector and what it takes to be the best Very competitive salaries Ingeus - Work hard to support the skills division and support our growth Ingeus - Provide me as a manager the tools required to do my best, an amazing company

Cons

Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!

Ingeus Response

It’s great to hear your positive comments of your time at Ingeus, with the right support and tools in place to excel in your role. I agree with your point around communication. It’s really important that we keep colleagues connected. If you have any specific ideas for how we can do this better, please do get in touch with me, or our Communications Team directly. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Kind Regards, Barry Fletcher
