Pros

Everybody knows this business is full of bad eggs who just want money and use ethnic minorities to try to coax vulnerable and ill people to get jobs they aren’t suitable for and when we complain ok their behalf’s as their caseworkers we are threatened with firing or made to feel terrible. Also short breaks little money no incentives to truly make the business a people centred one. Too much emphasis on the money and commission being made for the company (which we are just their pawns).

Cons

Every upper management there is sleazy and seem like their lives are a mess. Don’t know the last thing about the people they want to ‘help’. In it for themselves and their own bag. I hope the police raid that place since it’s full of ratchet roaches.

Pros

A team who truly care about making a difference in learners lives Everyone works hard to make it work and reach for 'Outstanding' An inspirational Director and Head of Delivery who understand the sector and what it takes to be the best Very competitive salaries Ingeus - Work hard to support the skills division and support our growth Ingeus - Provide me as a manager the tools required to do my best, an amazing company

Cons

Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!

It’s great to hear your positive comments of your time at Ingeus, with the right support and tools in place to excel in your role. I agree with your point around communication. It’s really important that we keep colleagues connected. If you have any specific ideas for how we can do this better, please do get in touch with me, or our Communications Team directly. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Kind Regards, Barry Fletcher
