      Pros

      Pay and collegues stress illness disciplinary for time off no support. Management very false. What are the management made of stone they want to practice what they preach

      Cons

      Unrealistic targets. Support is not given. Loose job if target not reached. Job only safe on quarterly performance. Stressful. What the management don't realise is that you can only work with what you have got.high case loads genuinely thought I was there to help the unemployed but it's the outcomes (money from dwp they are interested in)

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
