Pros

Great team members on the ground who were all here to help peers and clients who are struggling due to their own personal barriers. Managers respected their team and allowed them to get on with their work and not micromanage as long as targets were met. If you're from Kent make sure to specify, they might have a role lined up for you on day 1!

Cons

Caseloads were crazy high during the JETS contract, some people had 120 clients and others only 40, it made it sometimes difficult to squeeze lunch in with no downtime in-between speaking to the client, the admin and onto the next phone call. Disgusting power trip from the senior management team while the whole department was getting made redundant. If you told me they were trying to force people out without giving them a redundancy / retention bonus pay-out, I would honestly believe you after the way I was treated on the last remaining months on this contract. Lots of bullying happening from the JETS senior management team who treated managers like something on the bottom of their shoes.

Cons

Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
