Pros

A few co workers made it bearable for my time there.

Cons

I was bullied by a colleague and the manager was ineffective at dealing with it instead allowing them to create an environment where instead of being allowed to be a victim and talk to management about it I was depicted as the problem, the communication was very poor from the manager probably due to being over worked and having the line manager below her being inept spending more time shopping or gossiping about others or berating already stressed out staff to show that they had the power.Completely overworked and underpaid, constantly being asked to take on more and more work even while doing a multi person role alone for an extended period. Many people left due to stress and a very toxic environment where management only cares about numbers not employees or participants were meant to help.

Pros

A team who truly care about making a difference in learners lives Everyone works hard to make it work and reach for 'Outstanding' An inspirational Director and Head of Delivery who understand the sector and what it takes to be the best Very competitive salaries Ingeus - Work hard to support the skills division and support our growth Ingeus - Provide me as a manager the tools required to do my best, an amazing company

Cons

Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!

It’s great to hear your positive comments of your time at Ingeus, with the right support and tools in place to excel in your role. I agree with your point around communication. It’s really important that we keep colleagues connected. If you have any specific ideas for how we can do this better, please do get in touch with me, or our Communications Team directly. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Kind Regards, Barry Fletcher
