Pros

Some good, helpful and understanding managers, mostly nice people amongst colleagues and the mission seems gratifying at least at the beginning.

Cons

At the beginning you get told of great career opportunities and all developments that will come in time, but in the end you're just stuck with a poor salary and no career advancement possibilities at all. It's a continuous disappointment + some lower managers are a complete joke and you get a lot of pressure and very low consideration and respect from some of them. Most people leave after one year or so.

A team who truly care about making a difference in learners lives Everyone works hard to make it work and reach for 'Outstanding' An inspirational Director and Head of Delivery who understand the sector and what it takes to be the best Very competitive salaries Ingeus - Work hard to support the skills division and support our growth Ingeus - Provide me as a manager the tools required to do my best, an amazing company

Cons

Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
