      Pros

      Positive values driven culture. Great people, good working conditions and good benefits. Ingeus is a business with a social conscious and they try really hard to get their staff involved in various initiatives to benefit the local communities that they provide services in.

      Cons

      It is a target driven environment and expectations are high, as Ingeus are motivated to positively change the lives of as many service users as they can. This won't suit everyone.

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
