      Pros

      Currently working in the East Midlands on a contract with IAPT services. I have been working for Ingeus for almost three years and this has been a very pleasing experience. First class support from managers and colleagues through some very challenging personal issues.

      Cons

      Has become a little more target driven in recent months but the focus is till very much on improving our client's lives through employment support.

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
