      Pros

      - Very structured induction process. Covers everything you need to know to be successful in the role. Lots of opportunities to network during the induction period, which is really useful when you’re working remotely. - Supportive team culture across all levels. Everyone works together to get things done and to manage workload. - Rewarding job. Can really make a difference to our participants lives. - Strong focus on wellbeing and work life balance. No expectation to work outside of contracted hours.

      - Fixed term contracts due to the nature of the business and how it is funded.

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
