I have work with Ingeus for aprox 2 1/2 years now and i have really enjoyed my roles. I have had the opportunity to grow and progress across two different contracts and been promoted to Senior employment adviser on the IAPT contract. I really enjoy working for Ingeus. They always look at promoting internally before externally and look at salary review each year. Where possible they will always take staff opinions when making changes and try to limit changes within the business. As staff we are always kept up to day with what is happening within the business. Thank you for helping me so far in my career Ingeus.
Cons
Change in gov decisions means contract changes may happen sooner rather than later however this is not at the fault of Ingeus.
