Thanks for taking the time out to write a review about your time at Ingeus. I’m pleased to hear that you valued the pay and benefits package and your colleagues. Others agree with you. In our most recent employee survey questions asked in the category of ‘My Team’ came out top.
I’m sorry to read your concerns about support and performance. Our managers are credited for genuinely caring about team members’ wellbeing (by their colleagues) and as an organisation with ‘care and respect’ as a core value, it’s disappointing to hear that you didn’t feel supported.
With regards to performance, we pride ourselves on delivering quality services that achieve fantastic results for our customers and for the people on our programmes. For us, great results mean that more people’s lives have been positively impacted by our services. The commissioners who procure our teams’ expertise set objectives as part of their contracts with us. At Ingeus we believe that every member of the team plays an important part in helping to deliver against these objectives and, so, certain colleagues, in certain roles, work towards achievable targets. We have developed compensation packages to reflect this.
