Pros

It's a job. It'll pay the bills.

Cons

Do you want to work for a company that doesn't care about you or your family? Do you want to work for a company that will write you up for not working overtime? If your asked to work 12hr days 5-6 days a week, then that's what they expect or suffer the consequences. You'll be perceived as not being a team player if you don't. Then watch out! Do you not care about the company changing your hours from day to day with little to no notice? Do you want to work for a company that points fingers first instead of taking issues as opportunities for improvement? Do you want to work for a dictator? Do you want to work for a company that has a culture which is ran by fear? Do you want to work for a company where you feel you have no job security? Well this is the company for you. Also the company has issues getting work, which means you should be prepared for the roller coaster ride of having work then not having work. Working today and getting laid off tomorrow. I hated going to this place everyday. Good luck.

Pros

No real pros about working here other than other employees are good.

Cons

There structure at the company is so misleading. Especially there expectations on what is required of you. No real formal training as they expecting you to know it all out of the gate. Make sure you have Everything on and in the contract before signing the dotted line. If its word to mouth, its null and void otherwise as its not considered binding. There is a lot more to tell but limited on here. There is better companies that will pay much better and much better home and work life.
