      No pros. This is a dying company. Stay far away or this will ruin your career.

      Cons

      - Very low pay compared to industry standards - Management is keen to not maintain visibility - No adoption of modern cloud infrastructure tech, still running on traditional stack. - Extreme micromanagement. - Unable to attract, hire or retain good talent. - Weakening business outlook. Marginalized out the door.

      Great group of people to work with.

      Mediocre product, sales force that sells what the customer wants, not what the company has, and the owner is a narcissistic sociopath.
